How do I order medication for my pet?

If you received your prescription directly from Laguna Hills Animal Hospital, your prescription is automatically on file. Simply locate your medication in our on-line catalog, enter your pets name, and select "Ship to Address" if you would like us to refill your prescription, and ship to your home address.

Your prescription cost will be added to your final bill and charged to your credit card only after Doctor approval of the prescription.

Or select "Pickup at Office" if you would like to stop by the hospital to pick up your prescription renewal. We always enjoy seeing our clients and your prescription will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

Then click "Add to Cart".  It's that simple. Please allow 1-2 business days for Doctor approval prior to refilling your prescription.

I don't have a prescription from Laguna Hills Animal Hospital.
Can I still order medications for my pet?

In California, prescription medication cannot be dispensed without an "active doctor-patient relationship". This means your pet must have been examined within the last 12 months at Laguna Hills Animal Hospital.

If you do not have a prescription from Laguna Hills Animal Hospital please contact us at (949) 837-7333 and we'll be glad to schedule an appointment for you with one of our high skilled Doctors. Thank you.

Will I receive free shipping with my order?

At Laguna Hills Animal Hospital, we sincerely appreciate your patronage and would like to make your on-line ordering experience as easy and rewarding as possible. If your order meets or exceeds our minimum order amount and is within our weight limitations, your order is shipped to your absolutely  FREE!   Please click here for more information on our shipping policy.

When will sales tax be added to my order?

Sales tax will be added to your final order when the "Ship To" address is within California. Prescription medications are nontaxable regardless of the "Ship To" address.
