Pet Portal and On-Line Store Instructions

To set up your Pet Portal:

  1. Click on the Pet Portal Log In (see link above)
  2. If you already have an account enter email address and password
  3. If you do not have an account, click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
  4. After you submit your information, a confirmation email with your password will be sent to you within 12 hours. THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ONCE then you are good to go forever.
  5. You can now access your personal Pet Portal anytime by going to our website and clicking on the Pet Portal Log In. Enter your email address and password and your personal Pet Portal will open.

Enter On-Line Store

  1. From the homepage on your Pet Portal, you can access the store by clicking on the SHOP ONLINE button at the top right hand corner of the screen.
  2. Remember . . . if you do not find what you want please Contact Us.
     
  • Your order will be sent directly from our distributer's warehouse to your home. You will receive a confirmation email and another email when your items have shipped. Please note, returns will be processed in the same manner and cannot be returned to the hospital.
     
  • Our On-Line Store is already price matched with the top internet pharmacy and products provider. This helps assure you of consistent best pricing.
